This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Dime Legacy Partners Ltd ("Dime Legacy," "we," "our," or "us") and the users of Dime Legacy's services ("you" or "your"). By accessing or using any of Dime Legacy's services, including but not limited to Emisri Messaging, Advisors Suite, The Closers League, and Modellabs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Clients can subscribe to multiple communication channels to engage their users for promotions, one-time passwords (OTPs), transaction notifications, and more.

Advisors Suite: Advisors Suite is a premium platform that connects clients with seasoned advisors possessing a wealth of experience and expertise. These advisors provide valuable insights for growth, development, and corporate governance, empowering clients to make informed decisions.

The Closers League: The Closers League comprises a network of highly skilled and independent sales professionals adept at driving sales initiatives. Clients can leverage this network to outsource sales projects and effectively market specific products or services.

Modellabs: Modellabs serves as a dynamic hub for the creation and development of intelligent business models. Through advanced analytics and modeling techniques, Delolabs assists businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs in optimizing their strategies for success.

2. Responsible Use of Website

As a user of our website and Services, you are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

Non-Circumvention: Users must not engage in any activities intended to circumvent or bypass the intended functionalities of our platform.

Data Crawling: Users are prohibited from systematically extracting data from our website or Services without explicit authorization.

Direct Engagement: Users must refrain from initiating or conducting communications with entities engaged through our platform via external channels during the validity period of an active contract.

Conflict of Interest: Users must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may arise in the course of their interactions with Dime Legacy or its clients.

Timely Communication: Users should respond promptly to communications from Dime Legacy or its clients and adhere to agreed-upon timelines for deliverables.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We disclaim responsibility for specific outcomes that involve third-party implementations or client actions. Our liability is limited to the liabilities of an advisor, as well as other liabilities communicated in material contracts specific to growth partnership agreements between Dime Legacy and its clients.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing laws shall be the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria or other countries where Dime Legacy may be operational at any point in time. Disputes shall be resolved according to the standard procedure, including notification of dispute and a 6-week window for resolution between or among the concerned parties. If resolution is unsatisfactory, either party may resort to the standard arbitration body in Nigeria.

6. Modification of Terms

The change or removal of any part of these Terms of Use does not render the entire agreement invalid.

7. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dime Legacy Partners Ltd regarding the use of the Services. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
