ProcessOps
Fix what's broken, or design it right before anything breaks.
Existing operations that aren't working get Process Optimization: root cause found before a fix is funded. A new business, product line, or operating unit with nothing yet to diagnose gets Process Design: the operating model built from a blank page. Two different engagements, two different pipelines.
Start with the free process gap assessment for an existing operation, or book a briefing directly for Process Design — a new operation designed from scratch does not run through the AI assessor.
Sub-practices
01 — Process Optimization
Fix the cause, not the symptom. Pain-triggered: for existing operations with unresolved bottlenecks, high or uncontrolled costs, scaling chaos, departmental misalignment, technology friction, or compliance gaps that revealed process weaknesses.
02 — Process Design
Build the operating model before the chaos has a chance to set in. Goal-triggered: for a new business, product line, or operating unit with no existing process to diagnose — designing a target operating model from a blank page, not fixing what is broken.
